About Us
I am Thomas Spiro Conits, The Carolina Injury Lawyer. If you are hurt, I drive to you: a kitchen table in Fountain Inn or Simpsonville, a hospital room in Greenville, a front porch more than an hour away in Abbeville County. The house call is free. My office is at 100 Williams St in Greenville, about 20 minutes from Fountain Inn, but I am often on the road.
Before I opened my own firm I worked for several of South Carolina's top personal injury firms. I kept the big-case know-how and dropped the intake departments and case-manager layers. It is just me from your first call to your final check, and every client gets my personal cell number. You hear back the same day.
I handle car and truck wrecks, including log trucks, dump trucks on SC-418 and 18-wheelers on I-385, motorcycle crashes, dog bites, slip and fall, workers' compensation and wrongful death, across the Golden Strip, both sides of the Laurens line, Abbeville County and the Upstate.
The consultation is free. If there is no recovery, you owe no fee and no expenses. With a recovery, my fee is a percentage of the total recovery, figured before case expenses are deducted; case expenses are repaid from the recovery in addition to the fee. My fee is never more than what you take home.
