The Leadership Development Program is an intensive leadership training experience designed to strengthen individuals, organizations, and our Fountain Inn workforce.

Participants explore Leading Teams, Goal/Priority Setting & Time Management, and Communicating for Success

Who Should Apply?
The program is open to individuals who live, work, or conduct business in the Fountain Inn area. Ideal participants demonstrate leadership potential, desire to make a positive impact, are committed to professional growth, and are willing to invest the time to complete the program.
